Dann Wall, Founder and CEO of Trefoil Search Group, is a seasoned leader in executive search with over 30 years of experience across national, international, and mid-market firms. Specializing in senior-level accounting, finance, and C-suite placements, he has made hundreds of placements by aligning top-tier talent with organizational goals.
Prior to Trefoil, Dann has served in multiple leadership roles throughout the previous three decades. After leaving a career in finance, Dann joined Robert Half International where he held multiple field leadership roles before being appointed to a VP role in the corporate office overseeing training and development for three divisions across North America.
He then took on VP of Talent Acquisition for a Fortune 50 company, running recruiting for six departments and personally handling searches for highly compensated executives. Dann then left to start his own accounting, finance, and executive search firm, which he successfully built until its sale 12 years later. He remained an SVP running executive search until he left to join the world’s largest staffing firm, where he oversaw training and development for its accounting, finance, and executive search divisions (Tatum).
With expertise spanning all industry sectors, Dann is a trusted advisor known for his strategic insight, detailed recruiting methodology, operational excellence, and commitment to client success.
